Return Policies, Terms and Conditions
- We accept returns (*except custom order flower bouquet) . You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the returns have approved, then your refund will be processed to original method of payment within few business days.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need file a products return.
- *All Custom order products DO NOT accept return (for any issues that may have occurred during shipment. While this is rare, if any are found, please contact us immediately so the issue can be addressed. There is a good chance that instructions to correct any minor issues can be quickly provided.)
- All custom order products are made to order, Lead time is anywhere from 4-6 weeks depending on my current order queue .
- Due to our products are 100% handmade, the appearance and the packaging may slightly different from the photo.
- Please bear in mind that the products photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.
- Clay Magic House reserve the right to make change to this website and these conditions any time.
